Let’s face it. The best moisturizers in the world aren’t going to be able to ward off the natural laws of time and gravity.

Let’s face it. The best moisturizers in the world aren’t going to be able to ward off the natural laws of time and gravity.

We are still living in a world which discriminates according to gender, age and aesthetics. Some remedies are more extreme than others; from vitamin E cream to Los Angeles Plastic Surgery.

This article is focused on facelifts, to observe the facts regarding benefits, candidacy, costs, and risks of the procedure, to help you make the most informed decision when it comes to altering your appearance.

A Facelift is a surgical procedure that combats facial skin laxity and sagging. It is used in cases of mid-face sagging, creases in the lower eyelids and from the nose to the edges of the mouth, displaced or fallen fat, loss of muscle tone and loose facial skin. Candidacy is determined after consultation with a specialist, usually a surgeon. It is important to seek a reputed, certified specialist, to ensure the best possible job. Furthermore to ensure that the procedure is necessary – you don’t want some quack who just wants to get one payment closer to paying off their yacht, so get a second opinion, and probably a third one too.

Costs vary greatly depending on the surgeon, geographical location, and your particular procedural needs, however, on an average, the cost of the surgery itself ranges from $6,000 to $15,000, plus $1,000 to $1,400 for anesthesia plus between $300 and $2,000 in hospital fees.

Risks of facelifts include, but are not limited to:
1.	Scarring
2.	Infection
3.	Bleeding or under-skin coagulation
4.	Anesthesia and surgical risks
5.	Facial asymmetry
6.	Nerve injury
7.	Numbness
8.	Color irregularities
9.	Deep vein thrombosis
10.	Cardiac and pulmonary complications
11.	Skin swelling or hypersensitivity
12.	Hair loss
13.	The possibility of corrective, follow-up surgery

The risks noted above highlight the importance of choosing a certified professional. Check with your surgeon that they are certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery or any other equally recognized official body.

Can’t wait to lose weight?
Here’s some slimming advice from fashion experts

You’re following a healthy meal plan (at least, most of the time) and working out. You’re getting healthier, and you know that before long, you’ll look as good as you feel. But still, the weight loss seems so slow. And while that’s healthy, it can also be frustrating — you want to be thin, and you want it now!

The solution: Use your wardrobe as a secret weapon. No, it won’t actually help you lose weight. But the right clothes can help you look a lot thinner while you’re in the process of slimming down.

“It is totally amazing, but any woman can look 5, 10, even 15 pounds slimmer automatically by simply using a few fashion tricks to fool the eye,” says Lourdes Figueroa, founder and chief executive officer of UdefineU, a DVD program that teaches women how to become their own stylists.

According to Figueroa, many of those “perfect” bodies we see parading around in movies and on TV are nothing more than the result of some very clever shopping.

“Essentially, they use clothes to balance their bodies and put everything in proportion, which is really what dressing slim is all about,” says Figueroa, now a size 8, but once a size 20 herself.

Linda Arroz, former editor-in-chief of Big Beautiful Woman magazine, heartily agrees. “The body is a sculpture, and you can shape it and visually reshape it, depending on your objectives,” says Arroz, now a spokeswoman for the Plus Size Collection at Spiegel.

It’s All About Balance

But where to start? Here’s the experts’ advice: Take a deep breath, then a long, hard look in a full-length mirror — stark naked!

“You have to look past the extra pounds and focus on your overall body shape, the proportion between your top half and bottom half, and details of your basic bone structure, such as the width of your shoulders, the length of your neck, the width of your hip bones, ” says celebrity stylist Laura Siebold, director of LiveStylist.com.

These areas, Siebold tells us, are keys to balancing any figure type.

“If your top is decidedly larger than your bottom, then achieving proportion is about choosing styles that simultaneously minimize your top half while accentuating your bottom half — and again, a full-length mirror can be your best friend,” says Siebold.

Likewise, if you’re bottom-heavy and top-light, Siebold says, look for clothes that bring the eye upward. Think great necklines and bright colors near the face, and dark colors on the bottom.

“Your goal should be to achieve a visually balanced, symmetrical look between top and bottom so when you look at yourself in the mirror you see an unbroken line, and no one area jumps out,” says Siebold.

In addition, Arroz notes, you can fine-tune your balancing act by paying attention to body details like your torso (long vs. short), bosom (high, low, large, or small), hips (wide side-to-side or wide front-to-back), and recognizing where you carry the most weight.

“Any one area of your body that doesn’t look right in relation to the rest of your body is the area that you need to address with corrective clothing,” says Figueroa.

Size Matters — Size Tags Don’t

While visual balance is important, so is wearing the right size. That sounds simple enough, but Siebold says it’s an area where we often make major fashion faux pas.

“We often think that if an article of clothing fits around our body that it fits our body, but this is not the same thing,” says Siebold. Clothes should gently curve around your body, without clinging but without hiding your shape, she says.

“A plus-size girl’s best friend is definitely her tailor, because oftentimes just a dart here or a seam there can give even the most inexpensive outfits a designer look — and yes, that will make you look thinner,” says Figueroa.

As unflattering as baggy, shapeless clothing can be, wearing outfits that are too small can be an even bigger fashion disaster.

“When you are a size 6, trying on a size 8 to get a better fit isn’t a big deal; but when you’re in an 18 and you need to size up to a 20, you feel like a horrible failure,” Figueroa says. “Going up a size isn’t just a fashion move, it’s a whole psychological experience, and so we often avoid it.”

To shake those feelings, she says, learn to ignore size tags and go for what looks best on your body. To make sure you have the right size, make sure there’s about a finger’s width of space between your skin and the garment. “More than that and your clothes are going to make you look shapeless; less than that, and you are squeezing into too small a size — and either one is going to make your look heavier,” says Figueroa.

Love the Size You Are

Nutritionist Samantha Heller, MS, RD, reminds us that sometimes, looking our best also means accepting that our bodies may never be the size we want — and learning to live with the size we are.

“Our cosmetic weight, the one we think we look best at, is not necessarily the physiological weight at which our bodies are the happiest,” says Heller, a senior clinical nutritionist at New York University Medical Center.

On one hand, she says women should not be hesitant about going after their weight loss goals. But she also says it’s important to be realistic about what those goals should be.

“Regardless of the pressure from the media to be rail-thin, we have to do our best with diet and exercise and learn how to not just accept ourselves, but revel in our beauty and health — no matter our size,” says Heller.

8 Simple Rules for Looking Slimmer

To help set you on the path toward looking your personal best, our experts give these eight fashion rules for dressing thinner and more chic:

Use single-color schemes. This could mean wearing one solid, dark color — like brown, navy or black — or different tones of the same color. It could be shades of beige, aqua, or coral, or any color that brings out the best in your complexion. If you think color makes you look larger, try wearing the same color on your entire body and see what a difference it can make.

Choose fabrics wisely. Avoid stiff, hard, and heavy fabrics, as well as clingy, over-Spandexed fabrics that magnify every bulge and ripple. The best choice: Fluid fabrics that drape the body and softly follow your curves. Your goal is to see your overall shape, not the shape of every body part.

Do a balancing act. If you have broad shoulders and/or a large chest, avoid shoulder pads and any shoulder detail like ruffles, puffs, or trims. Also, skip boat necks and wide scoop necks. To balance a large top with a smaller bottom, go for a sleek V-neck complemented by a full skirt or wide-leg pants. If you have a small top and large bottom, seek out shoulder and neckline attention. Choose a C-scoop neck or V-neck top and a narrow silhouette on the bottom, such as a straight skirt or slim-cut pants.

To camouflage large hips or a tummy, toss the pleated pants and elastic-waist slacks with lots of shirring. Choose a sleek, straight line with front slit pockets or no pockets, and elastic in the back. To minimize your buttocks and tummy, look for pants cut at, or slightly below, your natural waist. The general rule here: The higher the waist, the larger your butt will look.

For a taller, slimmer look, the hem of your pants should almost touch the floor, with a slight break in front at the top of the shoe. Pants that end just below the ankle can add 10 pounds to your appearance.

To further camouflage a large tummy, whether you’re wearing skirts or pants, go for an overblouse in a slim-fitting knit or well-tailored woven fabric. Make sure it’s no longer than hip length. The only exception is with tunics, which should be tapered to gently outline the body and worn over slim-fitting pants.

Avoid anything boxy, particularly jackets. Instead, look for semi-fitted styles, particularly those with princess seaming. These are the curved seams that run down the front of the garment from shoulder to waist, or sometimes the entire length of a dress.

Don’t overlook the power of shoes to balance your body and make you look slimmer! Looks to avoid include thin, strappy sandals (particularly if your foot is chubby or wide), and tiny or thin kitten heels. Instead, look for a chunky heel — and, if you can stand it, a high heel, which can make you look 5 pounds thinner no matter what else you’re wearing. Styles to avoid include ankle straps, Mary Jane straps, and square-toe shoes, all of which can make your feet look squatty and your legs shorter.

Style and beauty tips for couples who do not want plastic surgery

Angela and Joseph in New York City write, “Early this year we both crossed the 40-year milestone and while nothing has changed, we are just getting concerned that we might be looking old. We don’t have the guts to go for plastic surgery or try Botox.

What can we both do to look and feel younger?”

How old or young you feel is simply a state of mind. And if you take a few simple steps, you can not only look younger, you can feel the same too. And no you don’t need to undergo plastic surgery either. Small changes can make a big difference in the way you look. Most of the time, drastic surgeries are not the solution to look younger or better. This is our take after watching hundreds of “transformations” and “makeovers” on TV and in real life.

Teeth whitening: Yellow teeth are associated with old age. In reality they are the result of coffee, red wine, our genes, and other habits. Whitening your teeth is easy; you can do it either with at-home products or do it in the dentist’s office. Total budget from just $20 to a couple of hundred dollars for the best treatment.

Laser resurfacing: This treatment gives a better complexion and younger looking skin. It does not erase wrinkles or improve muscle tone, but it promotes cellular regeneration and collagen production, giving healthier, better-looking skin. It requires a series of treatments.

Stand up straight: Good posture is not only healthy, it also makes you look taller, slender, and even more confident. Good posture is, according to many experts, also a reflection of your self-esteem. If a person has low self-esteem, he or she will tend to have poor posture, especially slouching and curving on the back. Have you ever seen a beauty pageant contestant with bad posture?

Accept yourself: If you have to lose weight, try to do it, but stop feeling bad because you are overweight. Do the best with what you have.

Keep your mind open: Open up to new ideas, new lifestyles, etc. Aging is always associated with well-set ideas and un-appreciation of new ideas or different ideas than your own. An example of this is appreciating new types of music; you do not have to like it, but keep your mind open. Keep your mind fresh and your heart open.

Have a great haircut and hair color: Gray hair does not look good on most people. And a bad or mediocre haircut does not either. It may look like a lot of money but try new styles and hair color. If you want to look younger, your color generally should be lighter than your original color. If your hairdresser looks out of fashion or only does hair of people of certain age, change to a more modern hairdresser. If you live in fashionable cities like New York or Los Angeles, most hairdressers keep pace with fashion but in smaller or less trendy cities, this is not the case.

Try new makeup: Make an appointment for a makeover at Mac or other makeup lines that offer this service. Take notes and buy the products you are interested in. An investment definitely worth making. Similarly, men should also invest in personal care products and skincare.

Make an effort: An effort to look good, an effort to take care of your skin, and pamper your body. All of these activities will have an effect not only on your looks, but also on your spirits and most of these activities take little time and little money if you are careful.

Make your breath fresh: Nothing will turn people off more than bad breath. And it is easy to take care of this. Brush and floss your teeth regularly, at least twice a day, if not after every meal. If you have constipation, do something about it. Use a mint after meals. Stay away from foods that have strong aromas (e.g. garlic). If it still does not improve, talk to your doctor.

Attitude: Think you are pretty/handsome, feel pretty/handsome, and act as such. Your inner attitude and confidence has to come out for the world to see and admire.

Whether you’re approaching 30 or nearing 90, every woman wants to find a way to look younger.

While there has been no recent discovery of the fountain of youth, there are a few things you can do to maintain a fresh, youthful appearance.

1. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. You’ve heard it before, but using a regular face lotion will make the skin appear younger by helping it to retain moisture, which in turn helps to plump up fine lines and increase circulation.

Even if you have oily skin, use an oil-free moisturizer to keep skin looking young. You may not think you need one in your 20s, 30s or even 40s, but later on in life you will notice the difference. If you’re thinking, “I don’t use a moisturizer because it’s too greasy and heavy,” then you just haven’t found the right one for your skin type. The right moisturizer should make your skin feel soft and comfortable. Next time you’re in the cosmetics department, look or ask for samples. There are a million and one products out there, but there is also one that’s just right for you.

2. Keep out of the sun! Ever notice how most celebrities manage to look tan and young at the same time? Their secret is not baking out in the sun for hours at a time — they really don’t have time to do that anyway — it’s sunless tanning. Regular tanning, whether it be in the sun or in tanning beds, not only causes sun damage and cancer, but also leads to premature aging.

3. Drink water like it’s going out of style. This is also a no-brainer, but it’s nice to be reminded once in a while. Water helps our bodies perform basic functions, and helps keep us healthy by providing a helpful environment for cells to do their duties. This also leads to younger-looking skin. Your skin cells will be full of water, which, like a moisturizer, helps to plump up fine lines and reduces puffiness around the eyes.

4. Don’t leave the house without a little makeup! When we were in our teens and 20s, we could run out of the house without a stitch of makeup and still look fabulous. Unfortunately, we can’t stay 18 forever, and our faces need a little help sometimes. You’d be surprised what a little concealer, bronzer and lipstick can do. Crunched for time in the morning? This routine takes less than three minutes. Dab a little concealer under the eyes and on spots like pimples and blemishes. Blend with fingers. Next, apply bronzer with a big, fluffy brush to the cheeks, nose, forehead and chin. Lastly, swipe a little lipstick on, and you’re ready to go. If you have time, use a lipliner first.

5. Too much makeup can make you look older. It’s easy to get a little carried away with the concealer, blush, bronzer, lipstick and whatever else we use to get ready in the morning, especially when you feel like you haven’t gotten enough sleep. Natural-yet-polished makeup will help you look younger by enhancing your best assets and camouflaging your flaws. Too much makeup will actually draw attention to fine lines and wrinkles.

6. Use an eye cream regularly. The skin around the eyes is the first place to show signs of aging, so it’s important to take extra care of this area, even if you don’t yet have any lines.

7. Try a luminizing product, but use caution. Many cosmetic lines have come out with foundations, lotions and concealers that give a gentle, highlighting effect. Most of these products contain some kind of luminescent particle, which helps to blur imperfections and fine lines.

8. Make sure your hair looks young. Even if you’ve had a face-lift, you won’t look young if your hair is damaged, out of control or doesn’t have a style. If you’re starting to go gray, make an appointment with your colorist to touch up or refresh your color. A few face-framing highlights will also help to take a few years off.

9. Don’t forget the neck! There’s a reason why your grandmother used face cream on her face and neck. Like the skin around your eyes, losing skin’s elasticity in the neck area adds years to your appearance. There are a number of neck creams out on the market, so look for one that is hydrating and firming.

10. Keep your pearly whites white. A nice bright smile helps you to look healthier, happier and younger. Your teeth can become stained over time, especially if you drink coffee or colas. Make an appointment with your dentist to see how you can maximize the look of your smile, or use an at-home whitening kit.

But also kiwi is the wonderful cosmetologist! Vitamins and organic acids, containing in this fruit, are very useful for face skin.

Facial masks from kiwi have both tonic and therapeutic effects. They cleanse skin finely; make it more elastic, fresh and young.

Here you can find some easy recipes.

Kiwi mask for dry, worn and ill-nourished skin. You will need 1 tablespoon kiwi juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 yolk of egg. Mix the ingredients and apply on the face. Leave it on for about 15 minutes. Remove the mask using a sponge. The kiwi juice will stimulate the blood circulation and the mask will smooth, nourish and calm the skin.

Kiwi mask for any type of skin. Take one kiwi fruit, 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon almond oil, and 1 cup mashed carrots. Mix all the ingredients and make a fine paste. Apply it on the face and leave until it dries. Wash your face with cold water.

Cleansing mask. Knead one kiwi fruit and put it on the face. If mass pinches skin from time to time, it is ok. It means that mask works, because organic acids give salutary effect. Wash your face in 15 minutes. Then clean the face with any tonic and put your ordinary cream.

Strawberry and kiwi facial mask for all skin types. You’ll need 5-6 strawberries, 1 kiwi fruit, peeled 1/2 cucumber. Using a food processor, blend all ingredients into a thin paste. If too runny, add a teaspoon of oatmeal until a paste forms that will stay on your skin without dripping off. To use, apply liberally to face and neck area. Gently massage to lightly exfoliate your skin. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, rinse well with warm water. Your skin will feel clean and fresh.

Nourishing mask. Knead a half a banana and 1 kiwi fruit and mix them carefully. Then add 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt. Put the mask on the face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and then wash with warm water. Then clean the face with any lotion.

Kiwi cleanser for oily skin. This is a cooling, light facial cleanser suitable for oily skin. Make it as and when needed and use immediately for best results. You will need half a kiwi fruit, 15ml plain yoghurt, 5ml skimmed milk, 5ml clear honey, 5ml fine oatmeal, 1 drop petitgrain essential oil and 1 drop lavender essential oil. Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz until the mixture is smooth. Apply to face and neck with cotton pads. Massage in gently. Rinse and finish off with toner and moisturizer.

Glycerin is often used in with cosmetic purposes, because it has effective softening and moisturizing qualities. It is soaked into skin easily and improves its blood circulation. Keep in mind that glycerin is used with little amount.

Researches found that glycerin had the greatest effect when there was not more 10% of that useful matter in the cosmetic mean. In this case, glycerin works as very active moisturizing mean.

Remember, glycerin can’t be used in big quantities and in its clear form, because it becomes harmful for skin. As they say: “Good things come in small packages”.

For normal skin. Mix 1 teaspoon sour milk, 1 teaspoon yolk, and 5 drops glycerin. Put the mixture on the face with help of brush and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash mask with warm water. Such mask has nourishing and moistening effect.
Pour 1 cup of cream in the glass jar and add one egg, ½ glass of vodka, juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon glycerin. Mix everything carefully. Use this lotion for face and neck before sleep. It cleans, nourishes, moistens and whitens skin and also prevents from wrinkles. Keep jar with lotion closed in the fridge during 6 months.

For dry skin. Mix 1 tablespoon glycerin, 1 teaspoon liquid ammonia, 1 teaspoon honey, ½ glass cold boiled water. Use the mixture like a lotion in the evening. Keep the lotion in the fridge. It softens skin and removes dryness.
Mix ½ teaspoon glycerin, 1 teaspoon honey and 2 teaspoons cold boiled water. To thicken the mask add some oatmeal and mix everything. Put the mask on the face and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash with warm water.
Pour 1 tablespoon camomile with ½ glass of boiling water and keep for 2 hours. Then filter it. Add 50 gram butter, 3 teaspoons castor oil, ½ teaspoon glycerin, 30 ml. camphor alcohol and ¼ prepared camomile decoction. Mix everything carefully and use as night cream. It has great anti-aging effect.

For greasy skin. Mix 100 gram china clay with 3 tablespoons cold boiled water, add in 1 teaspoon glycerin and spirit. Put the mixture on the face. In 20 minutes take the mask away with cotton wool wad and wash with cool water.

For combined skin. Grate one lemon and pour it with 100 gram vodka, mix everything and filter through gauze. Add 1 glass sour cream, beaten white of egg and 1 teaspoon glycerin. Mix everything carefully. Put the mask on the face and keep for 15-20 minutes. Then take away with cotton wool wad wet in the tea. Do not wash the mask fully. It protects from dehydration, especially if you spend much time at open air. Save the mask in the fridge and use every day during cold times.

Anti-aging mask. Mix in 1 tablespoon dried leaves of mint, camomile flowers, leaves and berries of rowan-tree. Pour it with 3 glasses of boiling water and infuse for an hour. Then boil for 10 minutes and filter. Add juice of half a lemon, in 2 tablespoons glycerin and cologne. Mix everything carefully. Run the face and neck with lotion some times a day.

For all types of skin. Grate ¼ quinces, squeeze juice through gauze and add 5 drops glycerin. Put the mixture on the face for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water and rinse with cold water. It moistens and enriches skin greatly.

But if you don’t pay attention to your feet, they can suffer from callosities, cracks on the heels and so on. So we should remember that foot care is very important in order to keep your feet healthy and beautiful. If your feet are dry and cracked from the weather, or just tired from a long day at work, choose any homemade recipe in this article and help your feet.

Against cracked heels. Prepare an apple spread. Cut an apple and boil in the little amount of milk. Cool gently and put on the cracks with thick layer, then cover with napkin and bandage with gauze for 30 minutes. Then wash apple spread and put any cream on the heels. Repeat this procedure some days running.

Against feet tiredness. In the evening after hard working day, you can make foot bath. Mix a handful of linden flowers and a handful of mint leaves. Pour with 3 liter of boiling water and keep to infuse and get cooler. Keep feet in the infusion till full cooling down.
Give your feet a special foot bath. Put a cup of marbles in the bath water and roll your feet around on top of them to stimulate the nerve endings. Pick up the marbles with your toes, flex and contract your feet and toes and then let go off the marbles. This will allow the arches and muscles of the feet to stretch.

Against dry callosities. Pound the aloe leaf. Grease skin around callosities with vaseline and put pounded aloe on the callosities. Then put a plaster on the callosities and bandage. In 24 hours you should scrape off soft corneal layer. Put any cream on the feet after this procedure. You can repeat compress from aloe some times, till callosity will be off.

Against coarse skin. Make potato bath for feet time to time. Take ½ glass of clean potato peelings and add ½ glass of linseeds.

People say that life was born in the ocean. We don’t know if it is right, but we know that the gifts of sea can help you in the fight with stress and… cellulite. The main rich of the sea is salt. People get sea salt with the help of evaporation from sea water. That’s why sea salt contains all its qualities. Salt from Dead Sea is especially useful. Water in this sea is rich in magnesium, calcium, iodine, iron. Sea salt helps to take water and slags out from body and doesn’t dry the skin in this time. And one of the best salt’s qualities is to save from cellulite!

To improve the condition of skin, you need take sea salt bath 1-2 times a week. It is very easy to prepare such bath. Fill the bath with warm water and add 300 gram of sea salt. Sit in the bath for 10-15 minutes, and then take a warm shower. Such regular baths in combination with the next massage of “problem zones”, will improve tone of skin and smooth its relief. Also sea salt bath calms nerves, takes away exertion and tiredness and sates with iodine.

If you want to get rid of cellulite, but you have not enough time or possibility to sit in the bath, you can use sea salt scrub for body. You can prepare scrub by yourself easily. To prepare it, you need the glass of sea salt, 1 teaspoon aroma oil (lavender, peach, patchouli, rosemary for your choice) and 2 teaspoons olive oil. Mix everything carefully and leave for 20 minutes. Then mix again and put on the body with massage movements. Begin from legs and go up gradually. Add some water during a massage to improve effect of peeling. Then wash scrub and put anti-cellulite cream.

Acne is the word every teen hates but faces this nightmare at one point or the other during her growing years.

There are as many numbers of creams and lotions available as the number of teens with acne! New research suggests that a diet with foods containing low glycemic loads could help people suffering from acne to get rid of their acne.

Scientists from the RMIT university in Melbourne studied the effect of food on about forty three patients aged between 15 and 25 years. They were randomly assigned a normal diet and a low glycemic load diet for 12 weeks. The diet consisted of 25 percent energy from protein and 45 percent from low-glycemic-index carbohydrates.

It was found that people whose diet consisted of low-glycemic-index carbohydrates had a significant reduction in the total acne when compared to people on a normal diet.

What is Glycemic index?

The Glycemic Index (GI) relates to the way your body’s sugar levels respond to certain foods. Foods are given a rating from 0 -100 on the glycemic index with glucose in the highest position. High Glycemic Index foods (such as simple carbohydrates) will increase the body’s sugar levels rapidly whereas low glycemic index foods will increase the body’s sugar levels slowly.

The new findings suggest that diets that contain low glycemic loads may not only improve insulin sensitivity and helps reduce weight but clears up acne as well.

So, if you want to get rid of acne and have a blemish free skin, foods that have high glycemic index like white bread, sugar, potatoes are a strict NO. However you can eat low-glycemic foods like whole grains, vegetables, fish and lean meat as these foods are kinder to your skin and say good bye to acne forever.
